I was having very similar issues, would not let me verify a new card. Called Cap 1 support and they had me uninstall the chrome extension and reinstall. Works like it used to now. Just FYI y'all might want to try that?
Hasn't worked in a few months. Tells me to log in and just goes back to the log in page. Is this ever going to be fixed?
Zero functionality. Can't even authenticate. If a financial company's app is this bad, why would I trust the company with anything else they do? Answer: I wouldn't. I'm closing the account just as fast as I opened it. NB I am an IT professional. This is not a user issue.
Same situation as some other folks have posted about - Enos won't allow me to sign in so I can't access my virtual card numbers. The enos window used to pop up automatically and let me sign in with that window. Now it opens a separate sign in window that goes into spin mode and never signs in - VERY frustrating.
Eno no longer works. I've worked with tech support to reload and it still does not work. Please correct.
ENO used to be a great chrome extension. Now it will not allow you to sign in and get an existing card or create a new one. It just does not work anymore.
Great! I use it for all my online transactions
Works, by and large, but lacks some key/expected features like identifying existing cards for a site, or allowing you to pick from an existing available card (irrespective of domain match). I'd like to use categories of Virtual cards with specified $ limits and expirations, e.g. "Kids Activities H2 2024", and use the Eno popup to apply a specific card to a specific transaction. More usability = Better reviews!
Feel so much more sucure when ordering online! Thank you!!
does not work.
It's Ok
it did not work. I try couple time but never type card umber or make copy number . their are some issues
It usually doesn't load the virtual numbers, and when the copy button is used a whole new set of numbers are displayed and partially loaded. Confusing.
I have been using Eno for some time now, and it's been 'qssuuirky' off and on for some time, as in not allowing me to log into it half the time. Now I can't login to it at all. I've been using it on my chromebook all along, and nothing else has changed. I've checked all the controls, settings, etc., it's shown as 'working / active' on the Capital One site, and some of the 'virtual cards' are being used without issues, while others are being denied and still others, won't let me 'login' to the app / extension on any of the sites I have been using them. I used to really like this Eno extension, not so much. Hope they can 'fix' the problems soon.
like it but when it comes to check out eno blocks your vision of the check out details. And also if you use the virtual numbers he does not put them in for you and they disappear quickly before you have a chance to write thr info on the page. and lot of times he is in the way and you have to write them down on paper first and then close him and then put the numbers down yourself. its a pain . But I do like the virtual #'s when you get a chance to use them. some places won't even accept them. i tried at christmas at walmart and they said it was fraud on my card and difdnt let my order go threw. well good luck . i just tried on my chromevbook and it thinks im a phone and wants me to give it all kinds of permissions over my phone??? ewhats that about!!!??
Love Capital one. Love Virtual cards. Really want to love Eno. But my browser in gmail only has been dreadfully slow. Almost un-usable. I tracked it down to the Eno extension. Once disabled, gmail sped right back up. Ugh. Please fix this!!!
This is really great. I have used it several times and it is nice to not be giving out the real card number to the merchants. It has auto filled one time but did not on several, but it is not that hard to cut and paste. I would say the positive outweighs the negative so far.
I need the CODE 3 digets and it will not give it to me
For the most part it works great and I use it all the time, but occasionally it spikes to 100% CPU use and locks up the browser until it's forcefully exited. Please fix this critical bug. Also I've had it stuck with an unexplained error whenever I would try to sign in. I was only able to fix it by clearing my cookies and reinstalling the extension.
type my username and password then it says something went wrong. tried multiple times. I like the idea of this plugin but doesn't seem to want to work. what a shame.
Tried, retried & tried again. It has NEVER worked.
Example of an excellent idea (easy access to one-use credit cards) miserable executed and supported by Capital One. Just read the frustrated negative reviews. Don't you effing CARE, Capital One???
Never works. Used to but now it never works anymore and they don't seem to care about fixing it.
Does not work.
Doesn't work most of the time. I've spent too much time trying to get it to work, but it still doesn't work. Capital One needs to fix this problem.
have been unable to use for past 2 days
Doesn't work with some sites like wrangler.com. It does work for most though and it's good.
Yet AGAIN yesterday it Doesn't work at all. Pops up but will not autofill. AGAIN I could not even type in the card #. USELESS!! It worked when I first had it, but not for the last 6 months or more. DISAPPOINTED. VERY FRUSTRATING!
Does not work, nothing loads
